Inside New Zealand
Shipping cost can vary between products due to the size and weight of each product. If you wish to know the cost to ship, please add the required products to the cart and proceed through the first steps of checkout. Once the system understands which products you are wanting purchase and where your shipping address is located, the shipping cost will display for you.
Certain products such as the Barrier Pole Fenders, are very large in size and can only be picked up, or contact us directly to arrange shipping pole fenders direct to your marina.
All goods are shipped from either from Auckland or Christchurch (product dependant).
Delivery address must be a physical premises (e.g. residential, commercial, industrial) as we cannot deliver goods to PO Boxes.
Smaller goods are shipped within New Zealand via tracked couriers. Expected delivery is 1-4 working days depending on your location.
Larger goods (e.g. marina fenders) are shipped via freight companies. Expected delivery is 2-5 working days depending on your location.
Outside of New Zealand
All goods are shipped from New Zealand directly to you using DHL Express or a similar airfreight service. Tax, duty and tariffs are not charged on products sold outside of New Zealand. If any are applicable upon importation into your destination country, the shipping company will contact you directly for payment of these on arrival of the products into your country.
Expected delivery is 3-7 working days depending on your location.
For the quickest delivery, your shipping address should be a physical premises. In some cases, a PO Box is also acceptable, but delivery will take longer. If there is an issue with delivering to your PO Box address, we’ll get in touch with you before we ship your goods.

While we take as much care as possible with packaging and sending your goods, unfortunately we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage sustained to goods during shipping, but we’ll certainly help out where we can.

General Information
Hauraki Inflatable Fenders are constructed from heavy duty, 1.2mm thick (1460 gsm), non-marking PVC fabric. In other words: our fenders are built extra strong and tough providing you with a superior temporary fender solution to protect your pride and joy. Most other inflatable fenders are only made from 0.9mm fabric.
The seams are heat welded together with doubler tapes in a controlled environment to ensure a strong, high quality join is achieved. No glue is used in the construction of our fenders so the joins and attachments will not degrade over time.
Each fender has two reinforced stainless steel D-ring attachment points, one at each end. This allows every fender to be hung either horizontally or vertically.
The fenders are fitted with a standard marine inflatable boat inflation/deflation valve. Either a normal inflatable boat pump or a small electric pump can be used to inflate the fenders. The fenders can be easily deflated and rolled up to a compact size for easy storage.
