    Shipping & Delivery

    Inside New Zealand

Shipping cost can vary between products due to the size and weight of each product. If you wish to know the cost to ship, please add the required products to the cart and proceed through the first steps of checkout. Once the system understands which products you are wanting purchase and where your shipping address is located, the shipping cost will display for you.

Certain products such as the Barrier Pole Fenders, are very large in size and can only be picked up, or contact us directly to arrange shipping pole fenders direct to your marina.

All goods are shipped from either from Auckland or Christchurch (product dependant).

Delivery address must be a physical premises (e.g. residential, commercial, industrial) as we cannot deliver goods to PO Boxes.

Smaller goods are shipped within New Zealand via tracked couriers. Expected delivery is 1-4 working days depending on your location.

Larger goods (e.g. marina fenders) are shipped via freight companies. Expected delivery is 2-5 working days depending on your location.

    Outside of New Zealand

All goods are shipped from New Zealand directly to you using DHL Express or a similar airfreight service.  Tax, duty and tariffs are not charged on products sold outside of New Zealand.  If any are applicable upon importation into your destination country, the shipping company will contact you directly for payment of these on arrival of the products into your country.

Expected delivery is 3-7 working days depending on your location.

For the quickest delivery, your shipping address should be a physical premises.  In some cases, a PO Box is also acceptable, but delivery will take longer.  If there is an issue with delivering to your PO Box address, we’ll get in touch with you before we ship your goods.

    Product Information

    • Multi layered construction using a combination of UV Stabilised, non marking, PE and EVA foams.
    • The exterior layers are dense, and the interior layers are softer allowing great shock absorption and shape contortion.
    • No PVC covers meaning the fenders are easily cut or trimmed.
    • The smooth, non-marking exterior foam allows boats to slip along the fender rather than gripping.

    Installation Instructions

    1. Select the type of fastener to suit the substrate you will be attaching the fender to.  We recommend: For wood: 60mm roofing screw or 60mm wood screw, with a minimum overall diameter of 6mm.  For metal: 40mm tek screw, or drill and through-bolt.
    2. We suggest the fender is fitted as close to the top edge of the jetty as is practical. This will reduce the possibility of the vessel riding over the edge and striking the jetty.  Mark out the position of the fenders on the jetty with a small gap between each. We recommend a maximum gap of 200mm.
    3. Mark the drilling position using the pilot holes as a guide. When drilling mounting holes, use the appropriate drill size to fit your fastening screw or bolt.
    4. The product is supplied with a stainless steel washer in each mounting hole. These are suitable for use with stainless steel coach screws or bolts.
    5. Fasten the fender to the jetty firmly but do not over tighten as this may damage the high density backing. We recommend the use of a battery drill fitted with a clutch system for fastening the fender as this will ensure that the product is not over tightened. A small amount of movement is desirable as this will reduce stress on the mounting points.
    6. Once you have attached the fender to the jetty and are happy with their positioning, the mounting hole protection plugs can be fitted.  Fit flush with the top face of the fender.  If desired, apply a coating of contact adhesive or super glue to the sides of the plugs provided and in a circular motion, insert the plug (this will transfer adhesive to the fender and ensure a bond).
